HomeConnect is the shared backend broker for every HomeConnect surface — the admin console, the MyHome client portal, and future partner apps. It holds the upstream credentials (Salesforce today, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint next), caches tokens, enforces a global read-only safety switch, and writes one audit log entry for every call. Access is invite-only and limited to a small set of admins.
